This is your opportunity to share inspirations, from the smallest details to your grand ideas, while I provide guidance and advice. I’ll also explain my approach and how I’ll support you throughout the planning process.

02. Project overview & Budget Breakdown

After our meeting, I’ll provide you with a detailed concept proposal tailored to your vision and inspirations. This document will include a refined presentation based on your moodboard, one or two venue suggestions, an initial wedding day timeline, and a category-by-category budget breakdown. This overview ensures we’re aligned on the vision and helps you visualize how each element comes together for your dream wedding.

03. Contract Signing & First Deposit

Once we’ve finalized all the details and you’re ready to move forward, we formalize our partnership with the signing of the contract. Everything is streamlined and can be done easily online, making the process quick and convenient for you. The first deposit confirms our commitment to bringing your dream wedding to life and marks the exciting beginning of our journey together.

04. Perfect Venue Search & Scouting

The venue is the heart of your celebration, setting the tone for the event. It’s crucial that the space aligns with your vision and the atmosphere you wish to create. I’ll research venues that match your style and preferences, offering a curated selection tailored to your needs. Once you’ve chosen your favorites, we can schedule a visit to explore them and ensure they’re the perfect fit. If you’re unable to travel to Paris, I’m experienced in conducting remote venue visits to give you a comprehensive, personal experience wherever you are.

At this stage, we’ll work on the design and layout for each space, from the ceremony to the reception. We’ll discuss decor, floral arrangements, color schemes, and your overall aesthetic. Simultaneously, I will help you secure top-tier vendors – caterers, photographers, DJs, makeup artists, and more – to make sure everything is just right.

06. Your Visit to Paris: Tastings & Trials

If you’re able to come to Paris before the wedding, we’ll schedule culinary tastings with the caterer and hair & makeup trials. This is your chance to perfect your look and ensure the menu meets your expectations, all while fine-tuning the details of your wedding day. We will also take this time to visit the venue together to confirm all the logistics.

07. Guest Management & RSVP Follow-Up

As your wedding day approaches, I’ll manage all guest communication, from tracking RSVPs to providing final instructions. This ensures that all your guests have the information they need and feel well taken care of, so you can focus on enjoying your day.

08. Technical Visit & Final Check

In the days leading up to your wedding, I’ll conduct a final walkthrough with all the key team members. This visit ensures that everything is in place, from vendor coordination to the technical setup. It’s my way of making sure no detail is overlooked and that we’re fully prepared for the big day.

09. Regular Meetings & Tailored Support

Throughout our collaboration, we will have regular meetings, typically twice a month, to ensure we’re always on track and to address any new ideas or concerns. I’ll be available as much as necessary to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. You’ll also have access to a dedicated WhatsApp group for quick communication and updates, as well as a personalized online platform where you can track the progress of your wedding plans in real time. Additionally, I’ll help create a bespoke website for your wedding, which will serve as a central hub for your guests to access information, RSVP, and keep up with the latest details.

10. Day of Coordination

On the day of your wedding, I will oversee every detail, ensuring everything runs smoothly. With the help of my team, I’ll coordinate all the moving parts so that you can enjoy your day to the fullest, knowing that everything is in capable hands.
